Hey there, fellow neurodivergent mom! I’m Kori, and I know the unique challenges of raising a neurodivergent daughter because I’m living it every day. Like many on the Oregon Trail, I’ve had to map my own path. Growing up, I dreamed of being a cowgirl or even a barrel racer in the rodeo—drawn to big adventures and the great outdoors. So, calling myself part of the Oregon Trail Generation feels just right!
Here, you’ll find resources, tools, and a community that celebrates every quirk, strength, and win along the trail. Let’s make this a place where you can feel fully seen and supported—messy buns, Marvel marathons, and all
Flexible, asynchronous coaching that fits your schedule, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or unwinding after dark.
This space embraces real life—no judgment, just warmth and understanding. Think of it as a trail where you don’t need to dress up, only show up.
Our tools help you forge a strong, resilient connection with your daughter, honoring both of you for exactly who you are
What matters most is my lived experience as a 40-something neurodivergent mom. Diagnosed later in life, I’m a full-time caregiver for my 23-year-old autistic daughter and mom to a tween who shares my traits. I know your challenges—not just because I’ve studied them but because I live them every day. This experience shapes everything I offer, blending practical tools and a framework rooted in real life.
If it helps, I’m certified in Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Empowerment Coaching—bringing you resources to navigate your journey. But it’s my lived experience, like yours, that truly guides our trail together
Our Flourishing to Freedom Framework guides you through embracing self-acceptance, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being at every guidepost along the trail. Here’s how it works:
Emotional Freedom: Releasing past wounds to embrace your true self.
Empowered Choices: Building confidence to navigate life’s ups and downs.
Mindful Self-Care: Crafting routines that nurture well-being.
Flourishing Family Dynamics: Strengthening the bond with your children.
