Hey there, amazing neurodivergent mom! Before you dive into the epic adventure of transformation, empowerment, and self-discovery, we need to go over some important details. These are your Terms of Use, outlining what you can expect from our coaching programs, membership, mini-courses, and funnels through Simplero. Don’t worry—we’ll keep it as real and easy to understand as possible, with a sprinkle of empowerment, of course!

By using our services, you’re agreeing to the following terms (think of it as our way of ensuring mutual respect and clarity). If you have any questions, just reach out—because you deserve transparency and support every step of the way.

1. Our Mission

At Empowered Neurodivergent Mom, we’re here to help you break free from limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and live your most authentic, empowered life. By joining us, you’re stepping into a community that’s all about personal growth, emotional resilience, and thriving as a neurodivergent mom.

2. Services We Provide

Here’s what you can access through Simplero:

  • Coaching Programs: Deep dives into emotional healing, executive function support, and creating sustainable systems for your family.
  • Membership: A supportive, growth-oriented community with ongoing resources to help you thrive.
  • Courses, Mini-Courses and Workshops: Practical, step-by-step guidance on topics like self-care, emotional regulation, and family dynamics.

3. Who Can Use Our Services

  • Our coaching and content are specifically designed for neurodivergent moms who are ready to embrace their strengths, dive into self-care, and break free from societal expectations. If this sounds like you, welcome home!
  • By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: All payments are processed securely through our payment gateways (thanks to Simplero). Once you sign up, you’ll see the exact amount for each course, membership, or coaching program—no hidden fees, because transparency is key!
  • Refund Policy: Our goal is your empowerment. If, within 7 days of purchasing a course or program, you feel it’s not the right fit, reach out, and we’ll offer a full refund—no hard feelings. However, due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, we can’t offer refunds beyond that period. The only exception is live coaching programs, where a 50% refund is available if you cancel before the second session.

5. Membership Subscription

  • Monthly or Annual Plans: When you join our Empowered and Thriving membership, you’ll choose either a monthly or annual subscription. Your membership will renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime via your Simplero dashboard—just give us a heads-up 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • What Happens After You Cancel: If you decide to leave our community (we’ll miss you!), your access to all resources, content, and coaching will end when your current subscription period is over.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content we provide—courses, PDFs, videos, templates, and more—belongs to Empowered Neurodivergent Mom. You’re free to use them for personal growth (heck yes, level up!), but sharing, selling, or redistributing any material outside your personal use is a no-go.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

  • Our coaching programs are all about guidance and support, not therapy or medical advice. We’ll give you tools and strategies to manage emotional regulation, executive dysfunction, and more, but we’re not licensed therapists or healthcare providers. If you need professional medical support, please consult a licensed provider.

8. Community Conduct

  • We’re here to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for neurodivergent moms. By joining our community, you agree to respect others, avoid judgment, and embrace diversity. Any kind of harassment, hate speech, or disrespect won’t be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove members who don’t align with these values.
  • We encourage openness and vulnerability, but what’s shared in the community stays in the community—confidentiality is key.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • As we grow and continue to offer you the best tools and services, these Terms of Use may be updated. If we make any significant changes, you’ll be notified via email. The latest version will always be available here for you to review.

10. Liability

  • While we’re confident that our resources will provide life-changing insights, Empowered Neurodivergent Mom and its affiliates are not liable for any outcomes, actions, or decisions you make based on our content or coaching.
